Stealth Chucks

If you’ve been tracking my package via isnoop.net as mentioned in a previous post you know it was delivered this evening. Now I can reveal what it was I ordered…

They’re my new shoes for work. I’m hoping they’ll fly undetected by wardrobe’s radar. After all, they’re solid black leather sneakers…

They are SOOOO comfortable. Maybe even the most comfortable Chucks in my collection. I’m wearing them now. My feet already feel better. Maybe now my blisters will heal up and not come back.

I’m wearing them to work tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Good luck, my friend. I think I remember reading in the wardrobe section of the job application, “heeled” shoes were mandated.

“Stealth” Chucks, if they fly, will be wonderful for you.

Hope the shoes pass. I know what you mean about wanting the shoes YOU are comfortable (sp) wearing. Some shoes that people think are fine are not for me.

The new shoes worked much better. My feet are still pretty sore tonight, but not nearly as bad as before. I don’t think anyone is going to say anything about my shoes. Some areas are very strict about the footwear, and other areas are a bit more lax. Luckily, I’m in one of the areas where they’re a bit more lax.

I’m off Friday and Saturday. On Friday I’m taking Ricky to BG to see Herman’s Hermits. On Saturday we’re going to the south Florida renfest in Deerfield Beach to see Shae Laurel and some of my other friends.

Was at BG yesterday and asked if you were there. One man said, “Yes, I know Pete. He’s not here today.” When he 1st said YES I was hopefull untill he said NO. Saw Britney at MR but was too far away to say hi.
