Shae Laurel vs. Irish Thunder

The opening of Irish Thunder has been delayed due to unspecified reasons so Shae Laurel is in the Desert Grill at Busch Gardens today. Their shows are at 11:30, 1:30, and 3:30. Check the Busch Gardens website for future dates.

From the rumor mill: There were problems obtaining entertainment visas for Irish Thunder to enter the country…

Shae Laurel will be at Busch Gardens at least through Wednesday. Irish Thunder should arrive by then. I did receive confirmation from entertainment management that it was indeed problems with their performing visas. Apparently some of the rules have changed and caught people unawares.

Shae Laurel did a great job. There were sound problems for their first set, but they were ironed out by the second set and the show was fabulous. Ricky and I enjoyed the show tremendously. A lot of the material was new to us. Also joining us for the second set were my four “nieces”. I had to leave right after the second show so I missed their last set.

I’ll be there early Sunday morning to have breakfast with Bruce at the Zagora Cafe and then we’ll be off to the Desert Grill for the rest of the day.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM IN LOVE WITH SHAELAUREL!!!!!!! and who is this barefoot pete anywho…..OH!!! isn’t he that one guy that use to be the weird guy with long hair and was skinny but now he’s that weird guy who has short hair and a belly?! HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Good times in the Desert Grill those were, even though that happened today…..LETS SAY WEEE ON THE MERRY GO ROUND AGAIN!!!! I still want that number….haha ok well see ya tomorrow Pete!!!
